Want a good, reliable company to repair your computer?  Concerned if they can really do virus removal?  Are they reasonably priced on screen replacement?  Can they actually help with computer networking?  Look at us!! We now have over 30 positive reviews on Google.  More than any other small company I have found.

Mac Repair

Be careful taking your MacBook to Apple.  Lots of times they will want to erase everything and start from scratch.  We have had 3 machines in the last 30-days that they wanted to do this to.  We got the Macs in, repaired the software problem, and got the machine back to the customer with everything still on it.

Extended Warranty??

10/2/2013

When you purchase a new computer, at some point in the sale, you will be asked if you want to purchase an extended warranty.  Should you?  Probably not!  Every store offers them because they are their most profitable item.  Most problems with a computer happens in the first year, where the regular warranty is in effect, OR it happens much later in the notebook's life.  One alternative to consider is to check your credit card agreement.  Most of them, automatically, extend the warranty on anything you purchase.

If you just don't want to take the financial chance you can choose this but please consider:
1)    Does the warranty provide and immediate exchange or will you have to wait weeks for the replacement?
2)    Will your computer be obsolete before the extended warranty expires?
3)    Does the warranty cover accidental damage?  If not is that more likely to be the reason you need repair?
