- While there is a lot on this screen you only need to make note of 2 areas - The first part after the problem line. In this case "page_fault_in_nonpage_area". Also make a note of the first part of the last line. "ati3diag.dll" the rest of the information rarely is helpful.
- If this is the first time you have seen this message just restart your computer. If it doesn't reoccur for a while I would assume that it just something that requires your computer to need to be restarted on occasion. If it happens more than twice a week you need to look deeper
- If this is a continuous problem try to remember the first time you got the message. If you added any hardware remove it, If you did any software updates try removing them.
- If you can't get to any of the options for software removal you should get to a screen that gives you start up options. Try "last known good configuration". If that doesn't work try "safe mode with networking."
- If none of that works you can search the internet for the error message you got or contact us with it. The more information we have the faster we can help.

Have you ever had to make changes to your router's settings? Perhaps you are changing internet providers and something needs to be altered or you want to change your wireless information. One problem lots of people run into is forgetting the login information for their particular router. If you ever changed the original user name and password I hope you remember it or you will have to reset the router back to factory. If you have never changed it, or have had to set the router back to factory, there is now a site that can give you the default login information. www.Routerpasswords.com Going to this site you can enter your devices brand and model and it will tell you the proper credentials to get into the setup.
