We are a bit unusual in the computer world as we, ALMOST, always answer our phones, we start work on computers the same day and communicate with our clients regularly.  That being said, we can't always get things done in the time you want.  Lots of factors in repairing a computer make it take longer than you may expect.  Additionally, sometimes, when you call, all three of us may be on the phone or with a client.

When things are busy or your machine is taking longer than expected here are things to help us as well as help you:

1)  Leave a message.  If I didn't answer it isn't because I am ignoring you.  It's because I am working with someone else and giving them the same level of attention you want, when it is your turn.  Hanging up and calling back several times will not get things done quicker.  If you leave a good message It may even speed up our conversation.

2)  On messages:  Please be as detailed as possible.  That way, if, when calling you back, I get your voice mail, I may be able to give you suggestions to get things moving faster.

3)  Be patient.  If, when you bring the machine in, we tell you we will start right away, it doesn't mean that we will be finished the same day.  We usually give you an idea of when we will be done.  Before the quoted time is up we will update you on the status.  If we are working on diagnosing we won't call you till we have the answers.
